The Embassy of France in Poland invites you to take part in the fifth edition of the competition "My PhD in 180 seconds". The competition is an opportunity for doctoral students to present their scientific work to a wide audience.

The competition is about explaining complex issues in a simple way. In addition to the scientific dimension, the competition provides an opportunity to test oneself in public speaking, which is a huge advantage in building a career!

  • For a presentation in French, participants have no more than 180 seconds and can use only one slide.
  • It is an international competition, organized in several French-speaking countries around the world. This is its fifth edition in Central Europe. It is organized in cooperation with the French Institutes of Austria, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
