The Consortium is committed to innovative practice in the cultivating mode of international engineering and technical talents of high quality and cultivation of high-level engineering and technical personnel with practical ability for enterprises, thus making new breakthroughs in the education of high-level engineering and technical talents.With research project and technological innovation as the traction, it plans to create a cross-border, multi-school and multi-enterprise collaborative innovation platform to stimulate the cross-border flows of funds, products, talents and services among enterprises.
