Opole University of Technology announces the Erasmus Partnership Conference 2024 - Christmas Edition!
The event is addressed to academic and non-academic staff members of universities from all around the world, especially for international relations officers who are managing activities in the frame of the Erasmus+ programme.
The main objectives of the conference are the exchange of knowledge and experience in the context of changes that have taken place in the Erasmus+ programme in recent years. The event will also be an excellent opportunity to get to know each other, tighten existing cooperation and present the Opole University of Technology and Polish culture to representatives of different countries. This special Christmas edition of the event will focus mainly on artificial intelligence, cultural heritage, and and topics related to inclusion.
Along with the teaching/training program, EPiC 2024 will offer a variety of activities, including:
- Opole city tour
- Opole Christmas Market
- Polish Christmas traditions
- visit of Santa and more…
Due to the limited number of spots, the organizer allows participation in all conference events only for its attendees, without accompanying persons.

- academic teachers wishing to conduct classes for students of the Opole University of Technology - STA mobility
- non-academic staff of universities, in particular employees of the international and Erasmus+ departments - STT mobility

COST:
Participation in the event is free of charge. However, all participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses from the Erasmus staff mobility for teaching/training grant or other funds.
