Opole University of Technology announces the 12th edition of the international event - “Erasmus Partnership Conference -  EPIC”. The event is addressed to academic and non-academic staff members of universities from all around the world, especially for international relations officers who are managing activities in the frame of the Erasmus+ programme.

The main objectives of the conference are the exchange of knowledge and experience in the context of changes that have taken place in the Erasmus+ programme in recent years, especially in the field of digitalization, new types of students mobilities, principles of inclusiveness, diversity and green Erasmus.

 The event will also be an excellent opportunity to get to know each other, tighten existing cooperation and present the Opole University of Technology and Polish culture to representatives of different countries.

Along with the teaching/training program, EPiC 2023 will offer a variety of activities, including:

  • guided Opole city tour
  • Polish language course
  • visit to the Confucius Institute
  • trip to one of the most beautiful castles in Poland 
  • and more…

WHO CAN APPLY?

  • academic teachers wishing to conduct classes for students of the Opole University of Technology - STA mobility
  • non-academic staff of universities, in particular employees of the international and Erasmus+ departments - STT mobility

The language of the event is English. 

The recommended language level is B2.

 

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 

20 participants (max. 2 participants per institution)

 

COST:

Participation in the event is free of charge. However, all participants are expected to cover their travel, accommodation and living expenses from the Erasmus staff mobility for teaching/training grant or other funds.
