HOW CAN I ENROL IN ONE OF THE PROGRAMS?

To enrol in one of the English programmes you need to register in the ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM.

 

I HAVE PROVIDED ALL THE DATA IN THE ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM BUT CAN NOT SIGN IN TO THE PROGRAM.

It means that some required data are missing. Click the “sign in” button on the page of the chosen programme and you will see information about what data are missing.

 

HOW CAN I PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE?

The payment data will be available in the section “Payments” in your account once you signed in for the chosen programme. Please note that each candidate has his/her own account number. More information can be found in section FEES.

 

CAN I PAY THE TUITION FEE IN INSTALMENTS?

You can pay the tuition fee in two instalments. 

 

DOES THE UNIVERSITY PROVIDE ANY SCHOLARSHIP OR DISCOUNT FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS?

No, there is no scholarship or discount for international students. International students are entitled to apply for the scholarship for the best students after their first year of study at the university, based on their grades and academic activities.

 

I PAID THE REGISTRATION FEE, HOW CAN I CHECK WHETHER THE UNIVERSITY HAS RECEIVED IT?

Once your payment is received, you will see it in your account in the section “Enrollment applications” – the status of the registration fee will be “paid”. Please note that overseas payments may take longer, up to 10-14 days.

 

I PAID MY REGISTRATION FEE A FEW DAYS AGO AND IT IS STILL NOT REFLECTED IN THE SYSTEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO KNOW?

If you paid via international transfer, it may take longer before the money reaches the university account. If it takes more than two weeks, then we recommend contacting your bank and check if the money left your account.

 

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED TO UPLOAD TO MY ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM ACCOUNT?

You need to upload all the documents specified in the section DOCUMENTS. If at the time of registration you are waiting for an apostille/legalization of your documents – please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  

 

HOW TO UPLOAD SCANS OF DOCUMENTS TO MY ACCOUNT?

Scan of your diploma/ school certificate, transcript of records and language certificate should be attached in Personal forms – Education.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW WHETHER I AM ACCEPTED?

The qualification status and the decision will be published on your account after I or II round of the recruitment process.

 

WILL I RECEIVE THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER BY POST?

Yes, to all accepted candidates we will send the acceptance letter and other supporting documents for the visa procedure.

 

I WAS ACCEPTED AND RECEIVED THE ADMISSION DECISION. DOES IT MEAN THAT I AM A STUDENT AT THE OPOLE UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY?

The decision on admission issued based on scanned documents is CONDITIONAL. You need to submit the originals of the documents at the Student Service Center before the start of the academic year, October 1, 2021.
