Erasmus+ students who arrived at Opole University of Technology for the winter semester have completed their first eventful month filled with activities and integration events. Their stay kicked off with “Welcome Week” – an introductory week designed not only to make them feel at home but also to help them gain a deeper understanding of Polish culture and the university where they will be studying.

Three years have passed since the outdoor gym was established on the first campus, marking the beginning of joint activities between Opole University of Technology (PO) and Vysoká Škola Báňská - Technická Univerzita Ostrava (VSB-TU) as part of a project aimed at fostering and promoting cooperation and enhancing the level of integration between students and staff from both universities through joint physical activities and promoting a healthy lifestyle on both sides of the border.

From October 21 to 25, 2024, two second-year students and three third-year students from the Sport and Security program participated in an international Erasmus+ module organized by our partner institution, the Theresian Military Academy.
